Income tax officials conduct raids on Minister Narayana’s close associate

The income-tax department in Andhra Pradesh raided the office of former member of the Medical Council of India, Gunasekhar Yadav who is a close associate of Municipal Affairs Minister Narayana.
The income-tax department in Andhra Pradesh raided the office of former member of the Medical Council of India, Gunasekhar Yadav who is a close associate of Municipal Affairs Minister Narayana.
The IT officials raided the house of Mr Yadav in Bhavaninagar of Tirupati. Simultaneously, the IT raids were conducted on the residences of his family members, friends and close associates in MR Palli, Auto Nagar, Bairagipatteda and LS Nagar.
A total of 27 officials from the department participated in the raids. While the estimation of the property is yet to be revealed, the raids went on till late on Tuesday.
