Students told to take part in cultural programmes

Vijayawada: Ventura, annual cultural festival was organised by the management, staff and students of Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology here at Fr. Devaiah Auditorium in the city on Friday.

Prof P Trimurthy, chief advisor, Skill Development Corporation, Andhra Pradesh, was the chief guest.

He inspired the students with his speech and importance of the cultural events which would play a vital role in all-round development of the individuals. He also advised the students to actively participate in extra-curricular activities, along with the academics.

Students took part in mime, group dances, classical dances, flower arrangements, singing and skit. Later, prizes were distributed to the participants.
