Vijayawada: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), the Apex body for private real estate developers in India is hosting the fourth edition of CREDAI Vijayawada property show at A Convention Hall in Vijayawada from January 6 to 8

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the three day mega property show.

In all, 77 stalls featuring builders, corporate developers, financial institutions, building material suppliers, individual businessmen, industry leaders and trade analysts will take part in the prestigious property show.

Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, CREDAI Vijayawada general secretary
P V R Raju said the show will be conducted at international scale with credible participants from all over the country.

He said Union Minister for Civil Aviation P Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Ministers of Central and State will attend the valedictory function to be held on January 8.

He said CREDAI property show is a perfect place to exhibit their ventures, apartments and business establishments.

He said the CREDAI Vijayawada chapter was established in 2011 and it had been organising many events.

He informed that CREDAI is playing a vital role in the development of real estate industry in the surrounding areas of Vijayawada and areas under the CRDA.

He said 70 stalls were booked against the 77 stalls to be set up at the property show.

CREDAI State president A Siva Reddy, Vijayawada president Ch Sudhakar were also present at the press meet.
