Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala wins Krishna University Kho Kho Championship
Vijayawada: Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala won Krishna University Inter Collegiate Kho Kho Championship which was held at Siddhartha Mahila College in the city. The host college stood in first place in league and emerged as the winner.

In the league matches Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala team won three matches and scored six points, while AG & SG Siddhartha (Vuyyur) stood in second place with five points.
Andhra Loyola College and Nalanda Degree College have got third and fourth places respectively.
On the concluding day, Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala principal Dr T Vijaya Lakshmi handed over the trophies to winner and runner- up teams. Speaking on the occasion, Vijaya Lakshmi said that Siddhartha Educational Academy has been encouraging sports. She praised the players for participating in the tournament.
Inter Collegiate Kho Kho Tournament organising secretary Ravi Kantha, Krishna District Kho Kho Association secretary Prasad and others participated in the programme.
