While taking a dig at YS Jagan, he said that the former is not aware of anything and questioned the ethics of Congress and YSR Congress parties for raising objections on TDP's welfare programmes.
The Minister further addressed the issue of the Opposition parties demanding discussions on Irrigation projects and questioned them instead as to what their governance had achieved for 10 years.
Mr Rao added that their criticism has no value and is just jealousy on the progress achieved by the TDP.
