The education and sports development organisation has conducted the sports and other competitions at DRR Municipal High School on Thursday and distributed the prizes at a public meeting and conducted the Janmabhoomi- Maa Vooru closing ceremony also at the national Youth Day celebrations.
The stalls by the departments of marketing, DWCRA and the animal husbandry received more response from the public.
The first prize for the elocution won by Ch Vani Aparna, a student of Zilla Parishad High School in Ulichi, first prize in essay writing won by M Venkata Lakshmi from Timmayapalem Zilla Parishad High School while K Nitin, a student of Zilla Parishad High School in Timmayapalem received first prize in debate.
