Visakhapatnam: The Visakha Utsav that was planned to be held for three days from January 28 has been put off, according to official sources.
A formal announcement will be made in a day or two by Minister for HRD Ganta Srinivasa Rao. It was planned to begin on January 28 on the concluding day of the two-day Partnership Summit so that the visiting delegates can attend the inaugural session.
Sources said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was not happy with the summit coinciding with Visakha Utsav. Ganta Srinivasa Rao will announce a fresh date.
