YS Jagan consoled the passengers who lost their friends and families in the tragedy and even inspected the accident site. Expressing shock over the incident, the YSRCP Chief offered his condolences to the bereaved families.
Nearly 41 people lost their lives in the tragic accident and 60 others suffered grave injuries after the Jagdalpur-Bhubaneswar Hirakhand Express derailed late on Saturday night.
