Kakinada: The micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME), a central body, in association with Cocanada Chamber of Commerce will organise a two-day ‘National Vendor Development Programme-cum-Industrial Exhibition and Buyer-Seller Meet’ here from Tuesday.
According to G V R Naidu, assistant director, MSME, the two-day event will be conducted at city’s Padmanabha Function Hall, Vallabhai Street.
Speaking to the media, the assistant director said that he is hopeful that the exhibition will elicit good response from big industrial houses. Further, the event will see the signing of MoUs between MSME and industrial houses for purchase of goods produced by MSME as it is essential for every industrial house to procure the goods. GVR Naidu expressed the hope that greater support is anticipated from the industrial body to promote the micro, small and medium enterprises across the country.
The Ministry of Defence, HAL, and the Ministry of Railways covering Metro Railway, and NTPC, HPC, ONGC, Gail, BHEL and other organisations will take part in the industrial exhibition, said Naidu.
