Kurnool: Burglars broke into one grocery and three fertiliser shops at Yemmiganur and Gonegandla and decamped with Rs 34,000 cash. The incident took place on the Friday night has created flutter among the shop owners as no such incidents have taken place in the past.
Yemmiganur Circle Inspector G Prasad said that burglars have decamped with Rs 9,000 from shops at Yemmiganur and Rs 25,000 at Gonegandla. The CI said that police registered cases based on the complaint of shop owners. He also suspected that the two thefts might have carried out by the same persons.
