Tanuku: AP Legislative Council’s Deputy Speaker, Mandali Buddha Prasad opened Vivekananda Global School here on Sunday. Speaking on
the occasion, the Deputy Speaker remarked that current generation students are confining to memorizing subjects rather than not developing
life skills. On the occasion, M Buddha Prasad released the school’s prospectus.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Speaker said that "Such kind of approach will not help students in the present competitive scenario. I
appreciate Chitturi Subba Rao’s efforts in establishing Vivekananda Global School. I am hopeful that the newly opened school will promote
good educational standards and imbibe values". Daggubati Purandeswari, the BJP’s leader and former central minister and BMP, who was
present on the inauguration of the school, opened the new class room. The school’s website was launched by M Murali Mohan, Rajahmundry’s
Lok Sabha Member.

Chitturi Subba Rao, the founder and correspondent of Vivekananda Global School, said that he was driven by the motive of starting the school
to offer value-based education to students right from childhood. He expressed the hope that the new school will help students in building their
cognitive skill and personality development. It is not with commercial interests in mind the school got opened but to inculcate learning spirit
among students. Earlier, the 35th Sports & Annual Day was celebrated in the premises of town’s S K SD Mahila Kalasala.

Dr. Daggubati Purandeswar, former union minister for human resources and the Chief Guest of the inaugural ceremony said that students hold
promise for the country and lamented that talented students are leaving the mother land to pursue higher studies abroad and it is leading to
knowledge gap in the country. Former Special Director, AP Police Academy, S Umapathi, Tanuku MLA Arimilli Radha Krishna, Nidadavole MLA
Burugupalli Sesha Rao and Tanuku Municipality In-charge Chairperson Mantrirao Venkata Ratnam were also present on the occasion.
