ADC takes up development works at Pavitrasangam on a war-footing
Vijayawada: With a few days left to begin National Women Parliamentarians Conference, Amaravati Development Committee (ADC) has taken up works on a war-footing at Pavitrasangam (confluence of Krishna and Godavari rivers) at Ibrahimpatnam in Krishna district.
Vijayawada: With a few days left to begin National Women Parliamentarians Conference, Amaravati Development Committee (ADC) has taken up works on a war-footing at Pavitrasangam (confluence of Krishna and Godavari rivers) at Ibrahimpatnam in Krishna district.
ADC Chairman and Managing Director D Lakshmi Parthasaradhi inspected the development works on Tuesday from Lanco Circle to Pavitrasangam at Ibrahimpatnam. She directed the officials to execute works on a war-footing and should not compromise on quality.
She suggested to the contract agency that the development works should be done in an attractive way as the State government has taken up the conference as a prestigious issue. ADC officials B Murali Krishna, K Gopalakrishna Murthy, P V Ramana and others were present.
