Anantapur: Local doctors under the leadership of Dr T Murali Krishna, central committee member, IMA has organised a demonstration against the Central government for stipulating all MBBS and PG doctors to pass exit exam to get registered in the Medical Council of India, which is a prerequisite for practicing their medical profession.
The Centre on one hand is allowing non-allopathic doctors to practice allopathy without the basic knowledge in allopathy and allopathic doctors are not allowed to practice their own subject without clearing exit exam.
Rally held opposing exit exam
Tirupati: Medical students took out a rally protesting against national exit exam in Tirupati on Wednesday. They raised slogans against the Central government and termed Centre’s decision unilateral.
