Ongole: The Andhra Pradesh Commission for Backward Classes will conduct a public hearing on February 6 at the Zilla Parishad Meeting Hall in Ongole.
Ongole: The Andhra Pradesh Commission for Backward Classes will conduct a public hearing on February 6 at the Zilla Parishad Meeting Hall in Ongole.
The commission will conduct the hearing to elicit the opinion of the public and stake holders on the requests of changing of group from Krishna Balija, Goud, Surya Balija, Yadava, Kummara, Karikala Bhakta and related castes and inclusion requests from Mylarla, Brahmin, Archaka Brahmin, Gajula Balija, Kunti Mallareddy, Vaikhanasa,
Berikomati, Oruganti Reddy, Adi Saiva, Adi Velama, Velama, Padma Velama, Kapu, Telaga, Balija and Ontari caste people.
The commission issued a public notice inviting the interested persons and organisations to appear before it with their requests and representations from 10.30 am on February 6.
The commission also urged the public to download the questionnaire from the website www.ap.gov.in/notification-on-questionnaire and submit the filled in copy to the commission at the hearing or email it [email protected].
