YS Jagan slams Chandrababu over taking credit for Paidipalem Reservoir project
YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday visited Kadapa district wherein he inspected the Paidipalem Reservoir, envisaged to irrigate 41000 acres of farmland in the district.

The project was initiated by the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy and during his regime as the Chief Minister of the united Andhra Pradesh, 80 percent of the works were completed. Pointing out the same, YS Jagan said that Chandrababu Naidu is claiming credit for the entire project and further accused him of starving irrigation projects in the district, leaving farmers in the lurch.
Stating that the Rayalaseema region would have got the irrigation facility only if the current government spent another Rs 300 crores, the YSRCP chief said Chandrababu's claims of developing the state was mere propaganda.
