Justice A Rajashekar Reddy directed issuing of notices to the respondents, Principal Secretary Municipal Administration, CRDA Commissioner, Deputy Collector of Guntur, RDO of Guntur and Tulluru Tahasildar. He directed them to file counter affidavits by the time of next hearing in a week.

The counsel for the petitioners P Sudhakar Reddy informed the judge that when his client had given 3.74 acres of her land under Land Pooling System, the authorities were showing it as 3.39 acres. Similar was the case with other petitioners also.
