He The ITDA’s project officer’s caveat came in the wake of conducting a review meeting with Tahsildars of seven mandals pertaining to the court cases, pending cases before the Lok Ayuktha and on the progress of public pulse survey, Janmabhoomi, Mee-Kosam, Mee-Seva, revenue and civil supplies.

Speaking on the occasion, Dinesh Kumar made it clear that officials would have to clear the problems of tribals in the stipulated period and warned them of stern action if they showed tardiness. has also directed the officials on National Family Security Scheme and Apadbandhu schemes.

Earlier, the project officer directed the employment guarantee scheme officials to commence employment guarantee works picking up 5,000 people every day in each mandal.

Further, the project officer asked the officials to create awareness among workers on 20 percent incentive given by the government under the employment guarantee scheme in every habitat.

Further, the project officer suggested officials to increase average working days and ensure workers get maximum wages. Besides, the project officer directed to encourage the tribal community to take up land development works and horticulture crop cultivation under the R&R package.

He stressed on the need to clear up technical problems that occur in job card updating. The employees of rural development department will have to work with more dedication as their salaries would be subject to performance.

He further said that focus should be made on installing individual sanitary latrines, asserted the project officer. While picking the list of beneficiaries, 90 working days should be the cut off time, the project officer directed the officials.

Also, he asked officials not to strain pregnant women and lactating mothers while allocating field work to them.
