​Vijayawada: North Zone Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) K Sravani and Inspector Sahera conducted counseling session to 11 eve-teasers at the Commissioner of Police office here on Wednesday and asked them to change their attitude towards women as even members of their families strongly oppose eve-teasing.

ACP Sravani stressed the need to curb the menace of eve-teasing. She pointed out that some women were facing eve-teasing problems at the workplace. She called upon all sections of people to extend cooperation to the police to prevent eve-teasing.

“All section of people must treat women as their family members. They have been contributing their share for the development of the nation. The youth should respect women,” she added.
