Solar lighting for Odalarevu village

in total 50 solar stet lights were installed at Odalarevu village in Allavaram madal of East Godavari. The installation has been taken up by East Godavari NREDCAP with Rs 10 lakh funds provided by ONGC under CSR activity and declared open on Wednesday.

The village sarpanch Kollu Satyavati thanked the ONGC for providing the facility to the village as part of promotion of solar power.
She also said that this facility will save the power bill expenditure to the village. ONGC executive director Alok Nandan, CSR manager Tirumalai , NREDCAP East Godavari district manager G. Satyanarayana , A. V.V. Prasad of Solar Systems and others attended.
