Hyderabad: Kadapa Steel Plant Sadhana Samithi (SPSS) founder president G.V Praveen Kumar Reddy met the Task Force Committee A.P Representative C H Venkaiah Chowdary at Hyderabad on Friday and submitted memorandum requesting to initiate steps for the establishment of Steel Plant at Kadapa district.
In his memorandum he detailed that there was sufficient availability of natural resources and mines required for the steel plant.
Responding to his appeal Venkaiah Chowdary said that the state government has directed KPMG to study the feasibility for setting up the Steel Plant at Kadapa district. He said the company will submit its report within 45 days and later government will take a decision.
