Speaking to the media in Visakhapatnam on Monday, he reacted strongly against the state government and the political representatives for not demanding the special status from the Centre.
Pointing out that the North Andhra and Rayalaseema regions particularly faced injustice, Chalasani questioned AP government for only targetting the elections and focusing on their seats.
He, however, thanked the political parties who are still willing to fight for the cause.
