Actor and the president of Jana Sena Party Pawan Kalyan thanked Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha for extending her support to Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh.
Hyderabad: Actor and the president of Jana Sena Party Pawan Kalyan thanked Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha for extending her support to Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh.
He tweeted on Sunday stating “My wholehearted thanks to Nizamabad MP ‘Kavitha garu’ for her wholehearted support to Special Category Status (SCS) for AP.
Both Telangana and Andhra should show their solidarity and work together in resolving people’s issues. United we stand and divide we fall. Jai Hind.”
Pawan Kalyan has been vehemently demanding Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh by exerting pressure on State and Central governments.
Kavitha joined the chorus along with Pawan Kalyan and Leader of Opposition Y S Jaganmohan Reddy by saying the Centre should keep all the promises of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act and sanction Special Status to Andhra Pradesh.
She made these comments during her visit to Amaravati to participate in the National Women’s Parliament.
Even during her earlier visit to Nandigama in August, 2016, she expressed her solidarity by stating the demand for Special Status was genuine.
