He threatened her of dire consequences if she reveals about his acts with anyone. Unable to bear the humiliation, the girl shared the excesses of HM with her friend. Following this, the whole incident came to light. The villagers along with the sarpanch’s husband thrashed the HM.

According to the police, Abraham Kumar was working as HM in Varahapatnam primary school since 2013 along with BV Nagalakshmi and C Dayakar, teachers. The HM teaches students of Class IV and Class V. For quite some time, he was misbehaving with the Class V girl.

When the victim narrated the incident with her friend, the villagers along with sarpanch reached the school and confronted the HM.

Later, the HM accepted his mistake and pleaded forgiveness.
Kaikaluru Inspector Ch Ranjith registered a case under Nirbhaya Act against Abraham Kumar based on complaint by victim’s mother.

Minister Kamineni Srinivas enquired about the incident and instructed the police to take strict action against the culprit.
