Hyderabad: UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Chairman David Reid Syiemlieh has commended the efforts by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Chairman G Chakrapani in introducing pathbreaking reforms by adopting latest technology.

Hyderabad: UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Chairman David Reid Syiemlieh has commended the efforts by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Chairman G Chakrapani in introducing pathbreaking reforms by adopting latest technology.

At the 19th national conference of Chairpersons of PSCs at Dhordo in Gujarat, the Chairman advised State Public Service Commission’s could emulate the TSPSC and adopt the technological advancement in their functioning.

He also expressed his happiness for e filling of large number of posts in the government departments in a short time after the formation of Telangana State in 2014.

The TSPSC chairman Ghanta Chakrapani said the Commission had achieved 90 per cent digitisation and it would emerge as the first digitised Commission in the country within few months.

As part of promoting ‘ Digital India,’ he said the Commission is accepting fees online through credit card, debit card and other modes of cashless transactions.
