AIIEA pays tributes to Govinda Rajan

Kadapa: All India Insurance Employee’s Association (AIIEA) here paid rich tributes to its former national joint Secretary R Govinda Rajan (RG) who passed away on December 18. Divisional chief secretary A Raghunatha Reddy expressed grief by saying Rajan’s death to be a huge loss to the trade unionism. He said that RG had rendered invaluable services for 40 years.

He recollected RG’s pivotal role in opposing privatisation of insurance companies. Division vice-president K B Kiran Kumar, convenor of women wing Srivani, treasurer J Raghu and other staff members participated.
