VJF wins friendly cricket match against RINL
In a friendly cricket match played between the RINL and the Vizag Journalists’ Forum (VJF) on the occasion of 35th RINL Formation Day celebrations here at the Col. C K Naidu Ukku Stadium, Ukkunagaram, on Sunday, the VJF team has won the match by scoring 76/1 in 10 overs against RINL’s team’s score of 75/6 in 14 overs.
Visakhapatnam: In a friendly cricket match played between the RINL and the Vizag Journalists’ Forum (VJF) on the occasion of 35th RINL Formation Day celebrations here at the Col. C K Naidu Ukku Stadium, Ukkunagaram, on Sunday, the VJF team has won the match by scoring 76/1 in 10 overs against RINL’s team’s score of 75/6 in 14 overs.
The VJF team was led by G Srinu Babu while that of RINL by Steel CMD P Madhusudan. The RINL won the toss and elected to bat.
Madhusudan scored 20 runs and Shankar of VJF made the highest score of 36.
The Steel CMD has been declared as Man of the Match while Shankar and Sekhar of VJF were adjudged the Best Batsman and Best Bowler respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Madhusudan assured of all help to journalists and sought their continuous patronage and support.
