Speaking at an event on Wednesday, Chandrababu said that Krishna district Collector Ahmed Babu is capable of his job and even holds a magisterial power to arrest anyone, who turns against the law.
The Chief Minister even alleged that Jagan has lost mental balance and even alleged that he is being habituated to go to the jail.
The Andhra Police registered a FIR against YS Jagan for misbehaving with a government official and preventing him from discharging his duties.
