Naidu should have resigned after SC issued notices: Jagan
Opposition leader in AP Assembly Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said on Monday serving notices by Supreme Court in cash- for- vote case to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is a big issue and the CM should have resigned on it. He also said it never happened in the history of AP and is very unusual.Â

He also said it never happened in the history of AP and is very unusual.
Addressing a media conference at the R and B Guest house here, Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged Chandrababu Naidu was caught red handed in the cash- for - vote case in Telangana. Jagan Mohan Reddy said the Chief Minister had not denied that the audio voice in the case belongs to him. He said the CM has fixed the inauguration of Assembly session at 11.06 a.m. but the news on Supreme Court notice broke out at 11.10 a.m.
It may be mentioned that the Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy filed a petition in the Supreme Court under the Prevention of Corruption Act alleging the involvement of CM in the cash- for - vote case during the MLC elections in Telangana State, nearly two years ago.
When asked about 26 allegations leveled against Chandrababu Naidu in various cases in the State and with none of them proved, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said Naidu had cleverly managed the cases. He said most of these cases had not reached to the stage of prosecution and now the situation is entirely different, he added.
Earlier, Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy alleged that the voice of CM Naidu was clearly heard in the audio tapes in connection with cash-for-vote cases in Telangana state. He has alleged TDP Telangana MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed on video tapes.
