Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today hailed BJP's win in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand elections as "historic" and said it proved victory always followed development.
Chandrababu called BJP national president Amit Shah over phone and congratulated him over the party's victory in UP and Uttarakhand, an official communication said.
"This is a historic win. It proved that victory surely follows development," the Telugu Desam Party chief told the BJP president.
