Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu will introduce the budget with a total outlay of Rs 1.50 lakh crore at 11:25 am on Wednesday. It is expected that the government will announce Rs 1,000 as stipend to unemployment youth, besides some schemes specially for women.Â
