Tirupati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s family donated Rs 25 lakh to TTD SV Nityannaprasadam scheme on the occasion of his grandson Devansh’s birth day on March 21, Tuesday. TTD SV Nityannadanam one-day free meal expenditure is around Rs 25 lakh.

In this connection, Naidu’s family sent a DD for Rs 25 lakh in the name of EO TTD for annadanam, which would be sufficient for Annaprasadam needs of pilgrims at Tirumala for a day.

With the donation of CM’s family, TTD offered free meals to more than 50,000 pilgrims on the occasion Devansh’s birthday from 9 am to 11 pm on Tuesday.

Tirumala JEO Srinivas Raju and other officials had meals in SV Nityannadanam on this occasion. It may be noted that Naidu’s family has been donating funds for SV Nityannadanam on the occasion of their grandson
Devansh’s birth day.

They donated Rs 20 lakh each for the last two years. The Chief Minister’s wife Nara Bhuvaneswari had sent DDs to TTD officials for the amounts.
