​Amaravati: State Mahila Commission chairperson and Telugu Desam fire-brand woman leader Nannapaneni Rajakumari regretted that she could not get a chance to get elected as an MLA or MLC to speak in the present Assembly session.
She visited the Assembly and Council on Wednesday and praised Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for constructing the transit Assembly building in short span of time. She said both the Assembly and Council halls are very beautiful and regretted that she could not get a chance to speak in it.
“Though I was appointed as the chairperson of the State Mahila Commission for five years, the post of MLA and MLC are entirely different”, she quipped.
