School student injured

Tirupati: Vasudeva Reddy, a tenth class student of Narayana School sustained severe injuries after he fell down from the school building at Kalur, near here on Monday. The student had fallen from first floor of the building, leaving him injured.

The incident created flutter as it came close on the heels of a student from the same school committing suicide, two weeks back, by jumping from the building. He was immediately taken to private hospital, near the school where he is undergoing treatment.

However, school official categorically stated that the student accidentally fell down from the school building and the student also later confirmed it.
