Dr KY Ratnam, Associate Professor, Department of Political Science, School of Social Science & Head of the Centre for Ambedkar Studies, University of Hyderabad, said that we have to taste the power of democracy and need to have a true sense of democracy. Democracy should be cultivated in our mind it is a moral value said Dr B.R. Ambedkar.

One man – One Vote – One Value can be seen in the political democracy but the politicians are distributing money for the vote and people are accepting. Democracy should be expanded in every sphere of life. The women literacy rate is very less when compared to the national level literacy rate, he opined.
