Speaking on the occasion Sivaji quipped that he would retire from active politics in 2019. “I expected Cabinet berth as the party chief assured me so after 2014 elections,” he averred.Recalling the incident of 99, where he was snubbed of Cabinet berth, “I attended the swearing-in ceremony then.

This time I did not as I am upset. It is last chance in my political career,” said Sivaji shedding tears.“Because of hectic schedule and construction of capital city Chandrababu Naidu is unable spent time with party leaders as result dedicated party men are losing opportunities.

It is high time to bring the issue to the party chief’s notice and it is responsibility of all senior leaders,” Sivaji noted.
TDP district president G Sirisha said that she expected her father to be inducted into cabinet. She slammed the rumours that the father-daughter duo are quitting the party. “We will continue in TDP,” he asserted.Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha chairman P Vital and others were present.
