TDP senior leader Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy on Monday addressed the media, one day after he offered his resignation as the MLA.

While speculations rose that the party MLA quit over not being given ministry post in the Andhra Pradesh cabinet, Gopalakrishna Reddy clarified the situation stating that TDP party supremo and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is more concerned about his health which is the reason behind him not given the Ministry.

Stating that he will serve the party till his last breath, the TDP leader further said that it is hard to satisfy all the party members and protests are quite common as the number of seats have been reduced from 45 to 26.

He, however, wished the new team of Ministers the best and hoped for them to win in the 2019 elections.
