"We have taken some decisions for the summer including cancelling VIP break darshan except for protocol VIPs on weekends till June, cancelling advance reservation in accommodation for non self donors etc. Our aim is to provide darshan to pilgrims on the same day itself without much waiting.

"He said all the departments were ready to provide the best possible services to multitude of visiting pilgrims during the summer vacation. Sambasiva Rao instructed the Annaprasadam wing officials to come up with a separate action plan for preparation and supply of butter milk for the next three months.

The EO instructed the Annaprasadam Special Officer Chenchulakshmi to prepare a schedule for serving food and butter milk for the pilgrims waiting in VQC compartments.He later directed the engineering wing to erect four temporary sheds with 500 seating capacity each for Divya Darshan and Sarva Darshan pilgrims with drinking and toilet facility near Narayanagiri Gardens.

The EO instructed KKC Dy EO Venkataiah to keep available maximum number of barbers at Main and Mini alyanakattas at Tirumala during the ensuing summer season.“Additional staff as per requirements by heads of departments should be deployed to provide better services to pilgrims,” Sambasiva Rao directed Services DyEO Vijayasaradhi.

The EO instructed Additional FACAO Balaji for digital auditing of Donor Management System to trace out deficiencies if any. Two new scanners should be placed at Alipiri check point immediately, as the summer vacation rush has already commenced, the EO instructed vigilance officials.
