Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will arrive here on April 8 to receive TU 142M aircraft at Indian Naval Station Dega. The aircraft was de-inducted on March 29 at a special ceremony held at INS Rajali, Indian Navy’s premier naval air station.

Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will arrive here on April 8 to receive TU 142M aircraft at Indian Naval Station Dega. The aircraft was de-inducted on March 29 at a special ceremony held at INS Rajali, Indian Navy’s premier naval air station.

The Chief Minister will arrive in a special aircraft in the morning and straight away move to INS Dega to receive the aircraft. He will also distribute ex-gratia to the families of those who went missing in AN-32 aircraft last year.

From INS Dega, he will visit Simhachalam temple and inaugurate the ghat road. He will fly back to Vijayawada after the function at Simhachalam temple.

The transport aircraft will be converted into a museum on the lines of INS Kursura submarine museum on the Beach Road. The project will be developed by Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority.
