Man rapes minor daughter
A 42-year-old man repeatedly raped his 14-year-old minor daughter for over two months. The incident came to light when the mother of the victim found her husband forcing upon the girl recently.he One-Town police on Wednesday registered a case against the man identified as 42-year-old K Dhanaraju following a complaint given by the victim and her mother.

Inspector of One-Town police station P Umapathi said that Dhanaraju, a resident of One-Town area in the city, has been living with his wife and daughter. He is unemployed since few months and has been addicted to liquor.
The drunken Dhanaraju used to rape her daughter finding her alone at home and threatened her with dire consequences if she revealed the matter to anyone. His wife was going away to work leaving the man and her daughter alone in the house.
After being witness to the incident, the victim became upset and moved to her sister’s house, along with the child.
Based on the suggestions of her relatives, she took her daughter to the police and station and lodged a formal complaint on Tuesday night. The CI said preliminary investigation confirmed that Dhanaraju had committed the heinous crime and a case under Section 376 (Rape) of IPC and Section 3 of POSCO Act has been registered.
Police teams have been sent to arrest the accused Dhanaraju, said the CI.The leaders and activists of various women’s organisations alleged that alcoholic induced crimes were on the rise in the city and demanded that the police investigate the case and punish the accused.
