The state government has finally issued an order transferring 16 colleges from Andhra University to Nannaya University. There are two Engineering, 12 Pharmacy and two Post-graduate centres under AU till now and these colleges will function under Nannaya University from this academic year.

Rajamahendravaram: The state government has finally issued an order transferring 16 colleges from Andhra University to Nannaya University. There are two Engineering, 12 Pharmacy and two Post-graduate centres under AU till now and these colleges will function under Nannaya University from this academic year.

According to University Vice-Chancellor Prof. M Mutyala Naidu the state government has issued an order on Thursday and he thanked chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Principal Secretary of Higher Education Adityanath Das. He said that PG centres would be opened at Kakinada and Tadepalligudem and Engineering Colleges in Bhimavaram (SRKR) and Eluru (CR Reddy) and other 12 Pharmacy colleges.
