Santa Kumari said that several traders started issuing 10-rupee coins after the demonetisation in November last.

During purchase of provisions, vegetables etc however, a lot of inconvenience is being faced due or non acceptance of these coins in the last one month. Mean while East Godavari lead bank district manager[ LDM] B. V.Subrahmanyam in a press release on Saturday informed that it is only a rumour and asked the public not to believe in such information.Grandhi Babji, President, Godavari Chamber of Commerce said on Saturday that their member traders are accepting Rs 10 coins during purchases.
