SFI demands fellowship to students
SFI Chittoor District unit demanded fellowship for university students at Rs 5000 per month on Sunday in a representation, which was given to minister for social welfare Nakka Ananda Babu here. On behalf of SFI Dist secretary Madhav Krishna and few scholars of the SV University gave a representation to the Minister.

On behalf of SFI Dist secretary Madhav Krishna and few scholars of the SV University gave a representation to the Minister.
They demanded for sanction of fellow ship in all state universities immediately. Due to poverty some student scholars are not properly concentrating on research and they are not able to pay mess bills too. They informed minister about lack of sufficient fellowships because of which students are facing many problems in the universities. The minister assured SFI leaders of bringing the issue to CM’s notice for a solution.
