Addressing the media here on Monday, Bhaskar Reddy alleged that Nani took crores of rupees as loans from banks and had not been repaying them since 2013. He said the MP had diverted the entire loan amounts to the construction of a star hotel in Vijayawada. He said that Nani’s men attacked the employees of Hinduja Leyland Finance Corporation who went to his office to collect the loan.

"The MP has evaded the payment of central excise and service tax. The staff of Kesineni Travels has not been paid their salaries for the last five months. It is said Kesineni Travels has 177 buses and at least six to seven crew is needed for each bus which means there must be a minimum 1,060 employees What about their wages and other benefits like PF?,” he said.

The Chandragiri MLA alleged that the MP had spent huge money on elections and construction of star hotels and now announced the closure of Travel company to gain sympathy. In such a case, Chevireddy demanded that RTC should take over all of Kesineni’s buses. Bhaskar Reddy also alleged that the Chittoor district collector Siddarth Jain was a benami of Nara Lokesh and was working at his behest. He cited Collector calling the Chief Minister ‘daddy’ and said that the Chief Minister was showing affection towards the collector for this reason.

The MLA accused the collector of giving wrong reports to the Assembly and even if it was proved, the Chief Minister wouldn’t order any inquiry in to the issue due to his soft corner towards the collector. He demanded the transfer of the collector by April-end, otherwise warned of an agitation by YSRCP from May 1.
