MVGR college of Engineering in Vizianagaram has planned to construct a huge boys’ hostel for the convenience of students. On Monday P. Sunila Gajapathi, wife of P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju, the minister of civil aviation has laid a foundation stone for the hostel building.

Vizianagaram: MVGR college of Engineering in Vizianagaram has planned to construct a huge boys’ hostel for the convenience of students. On Monday P. Sunila Gajapathi, wife of P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju, the minister of civil aviation has laid a foundation stone for the hostel building.

This Boys hostel is constituted with Block – 1, Block-2, and other amenities. It facilitates all amenities including, Dining hall, Library, Internet, Laundry, Fitness gym, Medical Facilities with Sick room, Mineral Water plant, TV Lounge, Guest rooms for parents, and Sports ground. The expected cost of this construction is about Rs. 20 crores.

On this occasion College Principal Dr. KVL Raju said that this new hostel will help students and facilitates better accommodation for about 700 students.
