Amaravati: Clay will be brought from Ambedkar’s native village to use it in the construction of Dr Ambedkar Memorial Park in Amaravati capital region.A team led by AP Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation chairman Jupudi Prabhakar and MLA T Sravan Kumar went to Ambedkar’s native village in Madhya Pradesh.
They will bring clay and water from his village for using it in the construction of Ambedkar’s statue. The foundation stone for works of Ambedkar’s Memorial Park will be laid on April 14. On the other hand, another team led by minister Nakka Ananda Babu also will collect soil from Parliament.
