Expedite pending cases: Urban SP to police officials

Urban SP R Jayalakshmi instructed the police officials to clear pending cases in their respective police station limits. The SP held a crime review meeting with DSPs and CIs in her chamber at District Police Office (DPO) here on Tuesday. Jayalakshmi directed the police to open rowdy sheets on criminals in crimes against women and children.
Tirupati: Urban SP R Jayalakshmi instructed the police officials to clear pending cases in their respective police station limits. The SP held a crime review meeting with DSPs and CIs in her chamber at District Police Office (DPO) here on Tuesday.
Jayalakshmi directed the police to open rowdy sheets on criminals in crimes against women and children.
She ordered to set up the road safety boards and indicators at accident prone spots on highways to reduce the road mishaps. The SP directed the police officials to go for night rounds within the respective police station limits. She suggested police to speak politely with public, who come to police stations for filing complaints.
