According to the forecast, a low pressure area is very likely to form over the south-east and adjoining east-central Bay of Bengal around April 14. A trough runs from north coastal Andhra Pradesh to Telangana, extending up to 0.9 km above the mean sea level. An upper air cyclonic circulation lies over south Andaman Sea and its neighbourhood, extending up to 3.1 km above the mean sea level.
