Use tech to crack cases, IG tells police
Rayalaseema Range Inspector General (IG) of Police N Sridhar Rao instructed the police officials on Tuesday to adopt latest technologies to crack the cases. The Rayalaseema IG addressed the police officials at the data analysis and investigation workshop organised at Annamacharya Engineering College located on the outskirts of the city.
Kadapa: Rayalaseema Range Inspector General (IG) of Police N Sridhar Rao instructed the police officials on Tuesday to adopt latest technologies to crack the cases. The Rayalaseema IG addressed the police officials at the data analysis and investigation workshop organised at Annamacharya Engineering College located on the outskirts of the city.
The IG said that it will be difficult for the police to solve the crime unless they extensively use various technologies as the accused are using sophisticated techniques while committing crimes. Kurnool Range IG B V Ramana Kumar said that it is difficult for police officials to crack the cases if they fail to update in using latest technologies. He appreciated Superintendent of Police (SP) PHD Ramakrishna for taking an initiative in organising the workshop.
