Municipal Corporation of Tirupati organises 2K Run
As per orders from the state government, the Municipal Corporation of Tirupati (MCT) organised 2K Run here on Wednesday to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar. The 2K Run was flagged off by Tirupati MLA Suguna, Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) Rector Prof Macha Bhaskar and Registrar Deverajula Naidu. Tirupati: As per orders from the state government, the Municipal Corporation of Tirupati (MCT) organised 2K Run here on Wednesday to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar. After completion of the 2K Run, corporation commissioner V Vinay chand has presented appreciation certificates to participants. Addressing the gathering, Vinay Chand said that it is a great honour for the MCT to organise 2K Run on the occasion of Ambedkar birth anniversary. SVU, SPMVV students and corporation staff took part in Run.
