In Senior Intermediate, the district achieved 78 per cent and bagged fourth place. In Junior Intermediate it stood third with 67 per cent. The Regional Intermediate Officer S A Khadar said 33,367 students attended the first intermediate and out of it 22,218 students passed by achieving 67 overall percentage. Among girls, 18,079 attended the exam and 12,865 passed by achieving 72 per cent. In Sr Inter, 29,298 students attended and 22,914 passed by achieving 78 per cent overall. Out of this, 12,914 boys and 9,683 passed with 75 per cent.
Out of the total 16,384 girls who attended the Senior Inter exam, 13,320 passed and achieved 81 per cent overall results.
In Senior Intermediate 14,103 got A Grade, 5,824 B Grade and 2290 got C grade and 697 got D Grade according to RIO Khadar. Khadar said the advanced supplementary examinations will be held from May 15.
